BEWARE this man keeps huge dogs in the shop completely unchecked. I was cornered by them while they tried to jump on me and knock me over. I am disabled and walk with a cane. When my husband got between the dogs and me trying to get them off of me the man, rather than grab his dogs to put them away, yelled at us to get out and not to touch his dogs. This experience was completely traumatic. This man does not deserve to have dogs if he’s going to put customers in danger like this.
Absolutely outstanding service, availability (best U-Haul rental availability in the area vs all other surrounding locations), customer assistance and overall business from the top - down. Jim goes above and beyond. From U-Haul rentals, to storage, to the inevitable custom trailer I’ll need him to build (lol) - he does it all.
