Disappointing Experience: Rude Service and Unprofessional Behavior. I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter at this trailer sales business. I visited the store in search of a nylon bushing, but to my astonishment, I was turned away because I had purchased a hardware bolt from another store. Excellent customer service! Kind, courteous and thorough. Got us set up and on our way in no time! Would definitely use them again! There are dogs in the shop if you are allergic, but the dogs are super friendly. I loved getting pets in while waiting for paperwork to be finished.
