Extremely rude and unprofessional. The stylist acted like she was above it all — barely acknowledged me, didn’t listen to what I wanted, and seemed completely uninterested in providing any real service. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, especially compared to how she treated other clients she clearly preferred.
