On July 7, 2013 we bought a Cub Cadet ltx1050kw from Race Brothers in Carthage. After 71 hours of use, we have replaced 5 belts, 2 idler pulleys and wasted $400. After calling Cub Cadet and getting poor customer service (and finding out this model had poor reviews and was only in production for one year) we called Race Brothers to see if they could help us. You guys gave us a great deal on our new Husqvarna mower. Hopefully we will not need one for a while but we will be regular customers for our lawn needs!
race brothers has things I need, and a really good price on welding supplies...however, the guy back at the small engine counter, is rude, curt, and couldn't caree less as of what you need. They need to fire that asshole.
Was helped today with a Lawn Mower ! The young man was so helpful and polite ! I appreciate good customer service skills !
