I still have no fridge after two weeks and they know about it because I reported it already but they haven’t came to check it out they won’t answer the phone and when I go downstairs to get a update they are not there
I did but when I get to move in am I still on the waiting list
The waiting list requirements are ridiculous it’s almost like they make up the rules as they go along.
I’ve been out of a stove for months. My stove kept sparking until an isle caught fire. The office staff made me unplug my stove until they could find a maintenance guy to fix it. I was told they didn’t have any funds to give me a new one so they gave me one from another apartment. The dishwasher has also been out for months and was replaced with another dishwasher from another unit. We finally got a new maintenance guy today after not having one for almost a year.
