Very disappointed with my experience with this company. They are unprofessional with poor service and anything they say on the phone will never happen, it’s like you’re talking to the wind. They refused to provide monthly invoices and an annual inspection reports even when I have requested multiple times. The only way to know If there are any damages on my property, is if the amount deposited in my bank is less than the regular amount of rent paid.
