I called to ask some questions bout a free standing oven got a couple questions answered and was told rudely I got a customer standing here I got to go. There went a sale to me and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them just my opinion
RecommendedThese guys are the best. I thought my dryer was done for and went here to purchase a refurbished one. When I told them what was wrong with my current dryer, they told me what was wrong, sold me the part, and showed me how to fix it myself. It only cost $5

Best Customer Service Ever!!! They have helped with parts and just picked up my washing machine. They stopped what they were doing to load and secure my machine, they even let me borrow their hand truck to make getting the machine in the house and upstairs!!! SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES!!! DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!!!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Our drier stopped working, and they took the time to help us figure out what might be wrong. We ended up buying a $17 part from them and they talked us through how to change it. Saved us hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a new drier. Thank you 🙂
I thought I needed to just buy another dryer Bill recommend That he should just look at the one I bought from he like 2 years ago He was fixed that one it was much cheaper that just getting another one Just great people honest Mooresville NC are lucky to have there business in there city
For the second time I needed help on fixing my dryer and Race City Appliance came through for me!! Just as the first time I used them about a year ago, I called, told the lady my problem, dryer type, model number and she told me exactly what was wrong! I removed what she told me to with extremely good directions and took it to her and BINGO!! She also gave me some very good dos and don'ts on dryer maintenance! I highly recommend these people! 👍
Best place ever for appliance parts!! My 5 yr old dishwasher stopped draining. I explained the problem and Debbie pulled the part to look for and suggested I bring it in first to test before buying a new one. Within hours it was confirmed and I paid $55 for a part and had the dishwasher running -- avoiding having to shop for a new DW. Thank you Race City Appliance. They have many parts in stock - and what they don't carry, they can find/order.
