I’ve been going here for almost two years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been great and I feel like what I’ve been paying is lower compared to other vets, for the same quality of care. I very highly recommend this practice; the staff is competent and kind, and Dr. Carpentier is absolutely wonderful - focused and precise, with a low-key and calming bedside manner. Everyone I've encountered here is warm, friendly and competent. They all communicate clearly & set expectations with procedures and costs - when I dropped my pup off for a procedure under anesthesia, I felt as much comfort as I possibly could, knowing she was in such good hands. I give them 5 stars. Thank you for always taking wonderful care of Buddy. I met him the day that he was born. He was the runt of the litter. We brought him home at 4 weeks old because he grew bigger than the other three puppies and his mother could not feed him. He has been a part of our family for 15years 8 months. Today sadly was his last visit to the office. I appreciate how wonderful the staff was today. Again they treated Buddy great. Huge shout out to Michelle! You always make me and Roxy feel so welcome everytime we come. You are so wonderful with our finicky old lady and I always feel like she is safe in your compentent hands.
