Poor customer service. Every person I talked to on the phone was very rude and I would never recommend this company to anyone! My uncle, who is an elder, had one item installed and wasn’t done right the first time, which caused a gas leak. I had to argue to get someone out today which shouldn’t have been an argument because it’s a dangerous thing. The same technician who came out to fix it and didn’t verify again. So I had to ask him to use the Sniffer tool ,which they are supposed to use as an extra verification.

The first time Raby was here it took 10 minutes to fix my toilet leak cost me 150.00 and I did get a receipt. Next day the leak was back. Raby came back and it was free which it should be. I paid for a service that was inadequate. Well he fixed it. We thought. It started leaking again that day. They came back out and fixed it again. Cost me 80.00 and I received no receipt. Horrible customer service, I rearranged my schedule so I can be home for my appointment time, asked them to specially call when they were on the way, so I can make sure to be home. They show up 40 minutes early, no call, and just leave a card. Luckily I pull down my street as they’re leaving and stop him. He walks in spends 5 minutes, gets a serial number and leaves, then calls and says he can’t make it back for 2 weeks?! Why even bother coming out if you cant get it done before then? I broke the water tank on my commode. Called Raby Plumbing at a friend’s recommendation. Josh arrived the next day at the appointed time. He checked the damage and recommended that we just buy a new water tank only, instead of a whole new unit. We agreed. He completed the job in good time and cleaned up nicely. We are pleased with his work, will call Raby for our next plumbing needs.
