RecommendedI started going too Dr.Rebel in 1974 ! I was very pleased with the service ,and the staff is very friendly , and professional . I see Dr. Brett now and I am very pleased ! I have made quit a few calls to the office through the years , and was always treated with respect ! Ms. Cindy Is very professional, and has gone out her way too help me ,not one time but many times , she is a very sweet person ! rabel family dentistry made me confident about my smile again. the staff was helpful, courteous, and very friendly. I would recommend rabel family dentistry for anyone looking for a new dentist.
From the first visit to Dr Rabel, I knew I was in the right place. I had a very unique case and the staff at Dr. Rabel's was very fast and friendly and the surroundings are very soothing. I've had dentures for 8 years and have always had problems with them. My new dentures made by Dr. Brett Rabel fit PERFECTLY and most importantly I do not need glue! Dr Brett Rabel is the bomb and I recommend him to everyone!!
Much like my wife posted, she called and was put on hold in the middle of a sentence, for about 10mins. When someone finally picked up they said she was “pressing buttons” so they hung up, it’s a touch screen phone, so yeah her cheeks hit some buttons. While talking to a new lady she had to rexplain everything and give them my name and then she was told I just “had to deal with the pain, abscess’, and possible infection for “the rest of my life”” I would never recommend this place based on the professionalism of the staff.
I would not recommend this dentist as when I called to set up an emergency appointment for my husband they put me on hold in the middle of me speaking and have not came back to the phone. It's been about 5-10 minutes or so. When I called back I was then told my husband had to "deal with the abscess' and pain indefinitely"
Great place to go, Dr Mike takes his time. He also explains the process beforehand. The staff was excellent !!!�����
Love the dentist (Dr. Michael) and all the staff here! Everyone so nice and treats you like a friend, instead of a patient! They work extremely well with kids including toddlers, mines never shed a tear here! Anytime you call they can get you in super fast!!!
