Dr Abidi is thorough and a good listener. She will ask questions regarding your problem and give various suggestions for solutions. You feel that she is actively seeking a solution. Her staff is well organized and efficient.
Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Abidi is very attentive to me and made me feel that I can trust her.
I was greeted warmly by staff at the front desk. Directions for checking my ID and verifying the checkin process on their laptop were clear and easy to complete. Dr Abidi asked questions, reviewed my bloodwork and listened to responses and asked follow up questions. I appreciate her genuine interest in me and my health.
