I’ve been a patient for ten years. She’s fabulous, she takes her time, she listens to me. Always makes sure my concerns are addressed. Office staff is friendly and I rarely have to wait to see her.
I am a long-time patient of Dr Mawn. Because of her medical knowledge, array of resources, and top-notch communications, I am in good health at 71. Needless to say, I am grateful for Dr. Mawn.
This Dr. Was our second opinion and what a disappointment. He is very condescending and dismissive of parents concerns and constantly cuts you off mid sentence with such a lack of empathy. The few appointments we had with him were really frustrating. We felt ignored with our concerns.
My first visit with Dr. Simpson she and her staff immediately made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and asked great questions. She works with my cardiologist to make sure I'm getting the best care. She reaches out to me to follow up in the patient portal to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. She is, hands down, the best primary care doctor I have ever had.
20 years at least with Dr Palermo. Loved his medical care for me. His staff knew me well and treated me with kindness and respect. More recently, things have changed. He hired a nurse practitioner. That's when the personal care from the doctor changed, you got to see doctor less. Big turnover in staff. 2 messages left for doctor, 1 for nurse. Not a return call. He is an excellent cardiologist . I’ve had horrible experiences with the staff however with booking appointments and show up and not on the books. Recently just received a no show invoice for an appointment that I wasn’t even aware of.
Jessica is a great NP; however she is no longer at Springside Medical and they will not tell anybody where she is now working since her patients would love to stay with her rather than the other "doctors" at Springside!!
My son has been with Dr Fischer for over 25 years.He is the most caring and through Dr.We love him.He also has been taken care of my daughter .I cannot tell you how great of a Doctor he is available yo you get him as soon as you can
