I have been to this place like 10 times. But one day me and my boyfriend got discriminated by the way we were dressed we had just came from the gym. The lady was so rude to us and She took 20 minutes to serve us and it was EMPTY! She looked at us like if we didn't belong there or couldn't afford the food. Very disappointed!!
My husband was trying to surprise me because i had been wanting to try RA.....I waited 45 minuetes to be sat, then was sat at the sushi bar not a table, which was fine but uncomfortable. We then waited 15 minuetes for a server to greet us. Worst service period!!! I do not know what the food taste like though. Looks like small portions and expensive menu
I have been to this location three times; and the past two times, weeks apart mind you, have been atrocious and awful. The service is nothing like what it should be; and nothing like other RA locations. What is going on here? Is there a competition between the employees to see who can give the worst service and provide the worst experience? I was better off taking my friend to Chipotle or Wendy's; this is THE last place I'd go for ANYONE. And that's an understatement. Go to a different RA or somewhere else.
