Fantastic; this Business went above and beyond this past week for me ; they fixed my blower quickly and worked long hours and extra hours to help out myself and other people that needed there Snowblower for the impending February storms that hit us ; good communication; reasonable prices quick delivery ( on a normally closed day of the week ) just to help out customers. They will receive all my future business. In this throw away world they fix things at reasonable cost with exceptional service Thanks R&A
Repaired our 25 year old snow blower at a reasonable cost , including pickup and return. First time using it , the auger cable disconnected . ( totally unrelated to the previous issue) We called and he came by promptly, assessed the problem and along with my husband found , amongst stuff in the basement, what he needed to repair it on the spot. Very pleased with the response and service from the business and would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my old snowblower tuneup from R&A. Last fall, I made sure to book the tuneup early and this winter, the snowblower ran like a well oiled machine! The pickup and delivery were efficient. The minor repair and tuneup were done properly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.
