I feel that I was very much overcharged for the work they did. They charged me for 3.5 hours and they were only here for 3 hours. I fortunately have a Ring Door bell to prove. They also were in their truck preparing the bill for 18 minutes. That cost me $67.50. The worker spoke with my wife and i for 30 minutes. That cost us $110. After four phone conversations They gave me back some of the overcharge but not all. In my opinion they realized that we are in our 70's and they took advantage of that.
