A BIG NO!!!! It has been over 4 months since I started the process to Obtain a PureWick system for my 78yo mother who is bed bounded recovering from a stroke and hip replacement surgery and until today she continues walking to receive the system. I understand that’s there is a process but this is ridiculous, when I called they told me I could purchase the system and that later they’ll reimburse the money. Lisa from RA Fisher told me that the price for the iontophoresis device is under $900 dollars. I worked with my insurance and her for nearly a year and even though we weren't sure my insurance will pay for the device my insurance actually approved. Nasty Lisa instead of billing my insurance a decent amount they went ahead and billed my insurance nearly $7000. This ofcourse was denied and now thanks to greedy Lisa I won't have the benefit of having the insurance pay for the iontophoresis device. I would never recommend to any... read more
They have the best customer service. I never had an issue buying anything. Any question I had they answered without a problem. I will keep buying. They still have electrolysis products which is a good thing.
