They are usually good about shipping but this time they didn't ship until 5 days after I put in the order which means I have to reuse the used medical equipment until the new equipment gets here 7-10 days after reorder!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

Customer service is poor, no return calls when product isn't working correctly. No tips on how to get it to work correctly. Machine is only good for those who are bedridden and dont move.
RA Fischer has been nothing short of amazing! From my very first contact with them, they helped me navigate through getting supplies prescribed by her doctor and then approved through Medicare. They also set us up on autoship. We are 2 months in and it's running like clockwork! The agents that assisted me were kind and compassionate and patient, walked me through every step and happily answered all of my questions. Caring for my 101 old mother isn't always easy, but RA Fischer has made it a bit easier for us!!!
