I had an absolutely terrible experience at R3 Dental. I had an 11:00 AM appointment, yet I was left waiting in the treatment room for almost an hour and a half with no updates or explanation. Meanwhile, the doctor was busy attending to another patient and completely ignoring the fact that I had been sitting there the entire time. Eventually, I had to leave without receiving any treatment because I would have been late for my next appointment. This place is very duty . Needs a lot clean.
I usually don't like to leave negative feedback but had to here, long post be warned. I had went to this place about a year ago for a root canal procedure and afterwards they front desk had informed me that would contact my insurance to do the follow up crown procedure. It been a year, no contact and my root canal that was done and needed attention AGAIN. So I got in contact with them again did an evaluation, they told me they would contact me in a week time, been a week, nothing no contact, had to call and find out the 3rd ... read more
