Absolute worst customer service! They’re sign on the front door, stated that they closed at 5:30. I walked in at 5:10. I asked about earrings and they said they couldn’t show them to me because they have put away the showcase due to closing soon. The two older women at the front were very rude and seemed very bothered that somebody was walking into their posted open store hours. .

I've been going to Westphal for years in 1986 he helped me design my wedding band. He checks my wedding bands stone setting to make sure they are still tight about every other year or so. I have purchased many things from him over the years. He helped my mother design her own mother's day ring!! Today I went in to have my wrist watch band exchange for one that I really liked off my old watch. I've always liked going into Westphal Jewelers!!
