They repaired by wedding ring that lost a diamond. The cost was reasonable. They quoted me 2 weeks for the repair and it ended up being done the same day! Very pleased with my experience!
Westphal is the best. Richard is an old-school craftsman who clearly takes pride in what he does. We’re blessed to have this store in Hutch!
Absolute worst customer service! They’re sign on the front door, stated that they closed at 5:30. I walked in at 5:10. I asked about earrings and they said they couldn’t show them to me because they have put away the showcase due to closing soon. The two older women at the front were very rude and seemed very bothered that somebody was walking into their posted open store hours. .
