Spoke to Roney and Rosa. I explained the repairs were needed in order to close escrow on the property. Quote was professionally received in writing via email with 3 year guarantee. Not an emergency but definitely urgent. Roney came out to perform the estimate as promised and performed the work a few days later as planned. I met him out at the property when he completed the work. He repaired the lifted asphalt shingles in a matter of hours.
