The furnace Technician Jasn O. was amazing. My dad never directs me wrong and said R&W is his go to heating and cooling. Jason was straight with me and found a problem i was having that got worse and the problem i originally called for. Everything got replaced and furnace is up and running like it should. Practically brand new again. Thanks R&W Heating in Lebanon Ohio.
Called R&W for a non emergency furnace problem. They were able to come out pretty quick and check it out. Scott the technician was professional and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem. He answered all my questions along the way. Was back up and running in an hour and I was billed for just one hour at a reasonable rate. Very satisfied with R&W and would use them again.
Great company that values their customers! They come out twice a year to check the system before winter and summer. Team is professional and courteous; would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service.
