"These people take your money and spit at your door". R&V Management is currently exposing families at Avino apartments to toxic mold, carbon monoxide, rats infestations and heavy pesticides, pool chemicals being dumped straight on swimming families (all documented). They are "slumlords" endangering our families while price gouging us "luxury resort living" $5,000 per month rents.
