Dr. Smith is one of the most caring and personable doctors I've met in my life. I'm in my late 50s and was told last year by my regular eye doctor that I had cataracts and was struggling more and more with my vision and couldn't seem to get it corrected. Dr. Smith was recommended by a couple of colleagues and once I saw him, I knew I was in good hands. I met Dr. Smith on April 11th, 2022, as a new patient, a date I will never forget for the rest of my life. He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen for my vision. Dr. Smith has encyclopedic medical knowledge, a strong work ethic, personable, a great listener, courtesy and compassionate, and empathetic to the concerns of his patients. He is an excellent ophthalmologist. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
Dr Smith performed cataract operation on my left eye and it was a catastrophe. He said my cornea folded and could do nothing for my eyesight which is only partial, blurred with no straight lines, but everything curved and distorted. What also distressed me was his main concern that I agree to proceed with the other eye operation without any assurance the same condition would not result. He runs a cataract removal factory and that’s all he is interested in doing regardless of results.
