Unsure what has happened today but I sat outside since 9am to make an appointment. I booked online and it's 9:45 no one has shown up or opened?
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional. During my refill, they used the machine in a way that burned my nails and told me it was “normal.” The work was sloppy, unsafe, and clearly lacked proper technique. I do not recommend this place at all.
Tom and Jessica are amazing nail technicians! They pay attention to detail and perfection! I highly recommend them.
Always very welcoming, good and professional staff, they use good quality materials and stays for weeks on my nails.
