I called Jeff based on a referral of 2 different people. All I can tell you is he was very professional and he saved me a ton of money. I also called one of the larger companies in the area and they came in and told me how bad my stem was and were only interested in selling me a whole new system. Jeff took his time and explained everything and why the system I had was still in very good condition.
