Our family has dealt with ORA for a few years now so it was a good fit for me when it was my time to be seen. Our first appointment with Dr Collins wasn't great, BUT I'm very fortunate to have had him as my Dr and surgeon for my neck pain. Hes definitely a straight shooter, some would say arrogant maybe? If that's not your thing, he's not the Dr for you. He listened, did all the tests and collectively we decided, based on age and quality of life, that disc replacement was the best option for me. Go to davenport or bettendorf they get you in faster. Had an appointment got there and was 1st told was canceled because no insurance but I have insurance then told me no the doctors out of office yet noone called to inform me my appointment was canceled and I took off work to get there. They said I wouldn't be able to be seen until Nov. My shot for knee due this month. So I called davenport they got me in the next day.
The staff at ORA are wonderful. They are efficient and professional and still cheerful. Dr Collins answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I would recommend ORA to anyone with orthopedic needs.
