I rarely write a review but I wanted to share my thoughts regarding the new ownership under Trojan Storage. The onsite staff members are so nice. both Alec and Dolores work as a team work and are very helpful. Under the previous ownership it was difficult to find someone (anyone) to answer a basic question.? I’m very happy with Trojan Storage prices and they recently installed a new keyless entry system that’s is very easy to use. Trojan Storage is truly one of the best values in the West Phoenix area for new customers..
All-in-all it is 1) conveniently located near QT and fast food restaurants, 2) overall safe 3) has a U-Haul rental availability. I have seen around 11 managers, and assistedant managers come and go here. They had a fence installed in the back to keep people from walking in. They installed LED security bulbs. They had pest control techs eliminate pests. They sprayed and had all the weeds removed. They did lock off all electrical outlets and the water shutters, however.
