Guy answering the phone doesn’t want to make money
The front desk individual was very rude and displayed racist behavior. They refused to serve me. I would not recommend visiting this establishment.
They didn't address my needs
This junkyard has no idea how to treat customers. From the moment I called, the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor by answering basic questions. When I arrived in person, it got worse— They clearly don’t care about customer service or professionalism. If you’re looking for a place that values your time and money, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other yards that actually want your business. Avoid this place at all costs.
