Great appraisal firm, I refer all the complicated work my firm cannot complete to them.
These idiots performed an appraisal of my home at the request of my credit union for the purpose of a HELOC. It is remarkably, unspeakably bad. I won't give the details, but it's laughable. Look elsewhere, trust me.
said they would call back and didn't. that's bad customer service.
