Poor installation. Did not measure exhaust vent pitch correctly before drilling holes in my house. Now rain gets into the exhaust and inside my furnace. 5 years later, I am still dealing with it. No resolution from Aaron or R&S.
Aaron was quick to help, informative and got our furnace back in running order without breaking the bank. 100% would recommend.
