I just had them replace a double pane section that had failed from age. I first worked with Kim in the office and Mike came out to do the measurements and ordered the glass. Eric came and did the installation today. He was exactly on time, finished quickly, and did a fantastic install. And to top it off, he is a friendly guy. This was a great experience. If you need someone to do windows I definitely recommend calling this crew.
R&S Glazing is absolutely top-notch! The owners are incredibly helpful—especially Shannon, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their entire staff is friendly, professional, and consistently punctual. It’s rare to find a team that takes such pride in their work while also providing such a great customer experience. I received excellent customer service from Erik Warford. He was prompt in sending quotes and very personable. Erik came by my house a few times to make sure his measurements and the options I chose were accurate prior to ordering, which I appreciated very much.
