Every time I need a service or an emergency fix R&S always comes through. This time a truck hit my rollup door and we couldn’t get it closed. They sent us Victor C and he was fast, courteous and thorough. We will always request Victor C from now on.
It took them forever to send someone to check our door for repair. After that we did not get an estimate till i called them again and they forgot to put my request in for an estimate. Then I got a call that they have to come by to look at it again.....almost 2 weeks later and nothing. Finally i emailed them and told them to forget about it I found another company to help us.
