First and LAST time I take my car here. 196.91 for an oil change is highway robbery. I have never paid that for an oil change. SJ Auto on Franklin is much cheaper with excellent reviews.
Been coming here for over 30 years. Honest, hard working people that have integrity, admit their mistakes and fix them. Too bad they can never find a garage with actual parking although the current location is somewhat better.
I sent my car to R&S autos for fix the engine noise but these guys don’t have any mechanical knowledge they took 15 days and still engine is making noise and charge me for those things which my car doesn’t even need and they charged me about $2200 without any reason the main thing is that the previous owner sold his company to new owners and they guys just trying to make money they don’t have etiquette how to deal with customers they charged me twice and still my car making noise I strongly say that don’t go to R&S autos bec... read more
Honest dependable quick and professional polite service. I have been going here for years...maybe even a couple of decades. An excellent place to service your car and enjoy some friendly conversation. They even provided me many rides for free when I needed one.
Horrible garage. They wanted to change parts that didn’t need replacing and when I called them out on it they put a hole in my muffler. Think about that next time you need service from them. I’ll never go back to those crooks. Hope it was worth it for a few extra hundred bucks.
