After my accident, I called several auto body shops and decided to choose this one. The shop told me about the estimate for free, the time for repair, and rental during repair. They provided an excellent service. For rental, because I have three kids, I asked for a comparable van. Nichole helped me with that. I also asked them to keep an eye on the rental service fee as I don't want to go over the coverage of my insurance policy. They delivered my van back to me in a shorter time than promised. Thank you Scott, and Buzz Autobody, for the honest assessment and cost effective solution to my autobody issue. I am always apprehensive about car repairs and it was refreshing to feel listened to and offered an out of the box solution, in addition to a more formal solution. Hope I am not in need of additional repairs soon, but I'll be back if I am!
