I sustained a back injury from moving a couch that has left me out of work for 4 weeks now. I initially went to Baptist Urgent Care because I was told by the office staff that there were no openings. UC got me an office visit with PA Jackelyn Blues. She referred me to PT. When I realized I was going to be put on strict restrictions that would not allow me to work I filed for short term disability. I dropped the paperwork off at the office.
