The whole team that I have come in contact with has been friendly and professional. They are punctual and their work is perfect. They are fair on their pricing. Jon gave me worse case scenario estimate. He was honest and changed for the actual work preformed instead of full price of the estimate. The customer service after the work is completed is a priority to them as well. Jon, Gabby and Don. Thank you. You are highly recommend, I will refer you to others and use your services again.
Great job done by a friendly and professional team. Very pleased with their work and the reasonable amount that I was charged! The manner in which I paid for the work done was also made easy by their office staff (Gabbi). Will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others! THANK YOU‼️
I recently needed assistance with a leak repair. I called R&R and left a message, within a couple of hours, Gabby called me back, was extremely pleasant and setup a timely appointment! Shane and William arrived early on the repair day! They were very professional and explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job with the repair. I highly recommend R&R and their team!
Jon and his crew are absolutely amazing! They recently came out to fix a problem with my system, they were able to come out the next day, diagnose the issue and fix it! They’ve done previous work for us with installing new zones or finding and fixing issues from areas that were previously installed in the home. Would highly recommend!
Friendly and responsive service!
