My 2009 Toyota Camry needed an engine at 60,000 miles. Gary and Chris from R&R Sales took care of getting a replacement engine and installing it for me. They did a great job and the car runs perfect now! They got the repair done on-time and under budget. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
I bought a car here about a year ago and my transmission already went out. I called to see if there was anything they can do to help me out and they said No, that I didn't pick there warranty. So I said ok that's fine. Now my cousin just bought a car there recently and picked the warranty and her motor already went out on her car. So she called them and they said your warranty doesn't cover that. What a surprise! !!
Wow this place is horrible I will never use this place nor would I ever recommend this place. Very rude employees and unprofessional. You can find cheaper and more reliable cars at other dealerships I would drive right on by this place. On a test drive we took an Audi out and it clunked every time it shifted and then when we brought it back smoke just rolled out from under the hood. The sales man still tried to sell us the car....
I would not recommend this car lot to anyone. I bought a Chrysler 300 from this place. Overall the car is great! My problem is with the employees. My sales person collected a $4,000 check with a very clear understanding that I would be in to collect the check and give them $4,000 cash. yesterday I dropped off the $4,000 cash they said that they would just shred the check. Just bought a used Prius and this was the best dealership I visited. No pressure, they gave me exactly what I wanted without trying to give me a bunch of things I didn't want, and gave me a competitive financing rate. When I questioned them about anything financial, they gave me straight -up, honest answers without an attitude. Everyone was really nice and kept asking me if I was having a good experience. All car dealers are shady, but I had a really great experience with these guys.
I purchased a used car a couple of weeks ago from yeswecanauto. I spoke to Jon on the phone about the car. He checked out the car and called me back with my questions answered and an appt. to take a look at the car. Jon assisted me when I arrived. I had to buy a used car for my mother-in-law and right when we arrived, we saw the car we were looking for, honda accord. Yes we can autos is located in Orland and they are the best. They talked us out of a few cars that had too many things wrong with them and saved us a ton. What car salesman does that? They are definitely not in it for a quick sale or simply in it for money. They obviously takes pride in their work. We couldn't have been happier with our purchase
