We had our roof replaced by Rey and his team at R & R Roofing this Spring. They took care of communicating with the insurance company and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The roof was taken care of in 1 day and the team did a great job! We just had Rey come out and look at something small that needed to be removed (not part of the original plan) - he came out on the weekend to see what needed to be done and someone came and took care of it the next day. I’ve had four roofing and several small window and siding projects done by Rey. Going back twenty years all of my projects have been seamless for start to finish. His sales team members were good with the schedule, his lead working Forman Blackie was the best at doing the special requests I needed. Never a leak !!! Perfect clean up. We had a leak that we were trying to have resolved. We had a few roofing companies out. Had I paid to have this company fix it the leak would have persisted and I would have been out by a few thousand or so.
Excellent customer service and a fast turnaround on the requested job.
