Bob and Mimi were very nice when they showed us the home and handled the process very professionally. We were very happy with any maintainence services and they were prompt to respond to the same. We need to move out of the home as we got a new home but we liked the home and the neighbourhood very much otherwise.
Thank you to both Mimi and Bob! You made it so easy to do everything for our new place here in Pleasanton. Every step was effortless, great explanations were given on the lease agreement and all my questions were answered. Thanks again! Very happy!
Avoid like plague ! Never deal with these morons again. Lived in one of their properties for two years. Service was horrible. You would never get any kind of service like ever. anything you want fixed you have to do it yourself. all they cared is to collect their money. There is a foolish idiot running the place, called Bob. An old greedy junk of human. I had to sue him in court to get my security deposit. What a disgrace to human race.
Never again.
