I work at Alcon in Belmont. Our half a million dollar machine was down and we needed it back online ASAP. David from R&R was great. The problem we were struggling with turned out to not have anything to do with our chiller unit as we thought, but originated from our 5-axis CNC itself. I've been doing business with R&R Refrigeration for about 8 years now. They are beyond professional and move with quick response to the necessary items that need attention. I've called during the weekend and they will respond. R&R is upfront on the time it will take for repairs to be made. Most times, it has been same day. Other times, it has been due to shipping delays. No fault on them at all. I enjoy the service and responsiveness that they provide.
