Although they don’t typically service residential properties, they were more than willing to help maintain our clients commercial Traulsen refrigerator. Long story short, I personally will not be using them again. If you do decide to use them, I would recommend only using them for residential units because they did not seem experienced with our commercial unit, which ended up costing us a significant amount of time and money.
