R&R REFRIGERATION IS THE BEST. Good service companies are hard to find these days. It seems like all they focus on is how they are going to get paid and not the issue you are calling about. R&R communicates well, they show up when they say there are and their technicians are very knowledgeable. They get the job done in one trip. I have been in this industry for 40 years, I know a good service company when I see one.

Mary responded to our request very fast and was very attentive. We received photos and videos of the equipment being startup. We will definitely keep R&R refrigeration in mind for any future service calls.
Long story short, I personally will not be using them again. If you do decide to use them, I would recommend only using them for residential units because they did not seem experienced with our commercial unit, which ended up costing us a significant amount of time and money. What can I say about R&R? They are truly the best. I’ve been working with Mary and team for about two years now, and they are always reliable, responsive, and on time.
