Will not return calls! Came and diagnosed my unit a month ago received parts for fix over 2 weeks ago I’ve called everyday seeing when they are coming back out along with my warranty company calling them and still no call back to fix the issue so my house has been 80+ degrees
We had Jeff come out to fix uneven heating to some of our rooms in our home. He was very friendly and took his time to diagnose the issue. He scoped our duct work and confirmed everything was working like it should. We previously had struggled with two other companies who came out a told is our system was inferior in some way. We were assigned this company from our home insurance company and when they called to schedule the appointment, my boyfriend was in the bathroom and called back one minute later. We have not been able to get in touch with them since and I have a temperature sensitive animal in the house that could die from our ac being broken.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company First American Home Warranty. They have visited my house 3 times and cannot get my AC pan to drain. Installed drains uphill so the water will not drain. At the last visit they took the auxiliary drain and plumbed it to the primary drain, I would question if this is even up to code now. After waiting the appropriate amount of time without any communication (2 business days), I finally called the home warranty company to see if they could reach the company for me as I had left several messages with no call back.
