Needed to replace all of my expensive watch pieces with new batteries in a short time period allowed because I have friend's wedding coming up very soon. Steve helped me replace all of my expensive watch pieces in a matter of a few minutes. Thanks to Steve at R&R Estate Jewelers for a great job.
Steve and the other Steve were very kind and took their time to look at my jewelry, providing me with information about my pieces and giving me a fair price on the pieces they were interested in.
Lovely people with honest prices. I’ve had them separate rings, reshank a ring, as well as clean some antique squash, blossom jewelry. They patiently explained the process they were using each time which was much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!!!
I went in to get a piece appraised that my grandmother left me and Steve was honest with me that it wasn’t worth much. I appreciated his honesty and transparency when he could have easily made something up and I wouldn’t have known any different. You can tell he runs his business with integrity. The selection of vintage jewelry is incredible. I would recommend anyone trying to find a unique piece to come here first!
I will never go anywhere else. I’ve moved out of state and still come back to them for jewelry repairs, resetting and watches. My whole extended family now exclusively uses them too. The guys at R&R are the best!
