The staff was very polite, friendly and had more knowledge on jewelry of all kinds, than any other place I had purchased or sold in many states combined. Would definitely recommend them on any day!
I needed work done on my father's watch (which I've worn for 14 years since his death) and no watch and jewelry repair dept. would work with me on it. I was very frustrated but my brother recommended R&R Estate Jewelers and said he had gone to them for decades with great results. He was extremely positive re: atmosphere, owner interaction, jewelry quality, etc. I took my watch there today and in a short amount of time, they corrected the problem, put in a new battery and had it ready to go very quickly. My partner and I went shopping for an engagement/wedding ring today. (Young) Steve was personable, easy to talk to and work with, brought out similar rings once he understood our taste, and didn’t rush us or push despite our indecision.
