The man who answered the phone had horrible customer service was very rude, and before I got off the phone immediately hung up in my face when I was saying have a great day and thank you I will never recommend service to these folks and they will never get my business no more !!!!!
Great service- good place to find a vintage/recycled engagement ring.
I have been in here many times now and am always pleasantly surprised with how these gentlemen conduct business! My first time in was a few years ago when my husband and I were looking for my wedding band. I wanted something vintage but also something that complimented my engagement ring. I found THE ONE here! I knew I could trust R&R’s with my dainty little vintage watch. I found it at an antique shop and brought it to the guys at R&R’s. He was able to clean it extremely well and get it ticking again! Always my go to for all my jewelry needs. Highly recommend for watch repairs!
If you like being condescended to by an aggressive self-important jeweler, here’s your place to shop. I had a ring resized and Steve preemptively accused me of trying to rip him off. The guy was definitely on edge, must have had a bad day, but still no way to treat customers. Keep on gas-lighting.
