Have not purchased any watches or had any service but will be coming back to get all of my watches serviced by this amazing jewelry store. Both Steve’s Are super friendly and super helpful with any information pertaining to watches you are looking for or at. Met these two gentlemen today and I am impressed!
Excellent selection, great guys work there. Was looking for a Garnet engagement ring. couldn't find exactly what I wanted, they replaced the stone in another ring I liked. Fiancée loved it!
Needed to replace all of my expensive watch pieces with new batteries in a short time period allowed because I have friend's wedding coming up very soon. Steve helped me replace all of my expensive watch pieces in a matter of a few minutes. Thanks to Steve at R&R Estate Jewelers for a great job.
Steve and the other Steve were very kind and took their time to look at my jewelry, providing me with information about my pieces and giving me a fair price on the pieces they were interested in.
Lovely people with honest prices. I’ve had them separate rings, reshank a ring, as well as clean some antique squash, blossom jewelry. They patiently explained the process they were using each time which was much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!!!
