I had a great experience with Nancy. My new home is beautiful and energy efficient. Good people at R&R. Great value compared to other builders.
After being in my home for 2 years, I see many defaults. When I call the company over drainage issue, it's excuses & lack of service after a sale. Would highly recommend staying away , not an honorable company!!
BUYERS BEWARE! Please note that once you close you will have the most difficult time getting R&R Home and representatives back to do warranty. The Warranty Supervisor will not respond to ANY females and their requests for warranty. Upon making appointments for warranty repair they will use every excuse possible to not show up or send someone with a language barrier that doesn’t work for them. RECOMMENDATIONS: DO NOT CLOSE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL ISSUES RESOLVED and after that….GOOD LUCK getting them back.
