Once again happy with R&R - Happy that I paid $1,100 for an Alternator replacement? Not really, but after checking on line, I got a GOOD deal. I guess on the 2007 Escape 4WD, you have to pull the transfer case to replace the alternator - I checked (its easy to do) what the same repair would cost in my "original" home town - more than 20% more expensive in SoCal - I trust R&R!

Awful! Bad Attifude and Being a girl costs more money! – This garage was awful and I will gladly pay money to get my car towed somewhere else so I don't have to give them another dime. I had my car towed there and TOLD them what was wrong with it. They charged me $55 to assess it which I told him not to do and when what they said to me was the same thing I told him he wouldn't give me my key back until I paid. Great work on my car! – My car broke down and they stayed late to help me. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent! I didn't even know the place was there before, but I don't look for car repair places so I guess the location is fine. The street is very busy so it's scary pulling out of the lot.
