Rafael was a pleasure to work with on the installation of a new pump for our fountain. He obviously believes in customer service and ensured we were satisfied. Don’t hesitate to buy a fountain from his company.
We shared our thoughts on what we wanted and Rafael came up with an idea. It was delivered and installed. After a day or two we decided it wasn’t going to work, so we asked for a different top. We sent him a photo of our idea and he brought it out and installed it within a week or so and now it is perfect. The 4 stars are only because we had difficulty connecting for the final delivery. We also had him create a St. Francis statue for us, which we love. We would return to his shop.
Poor customer service aftercare; highly expensive for what they did, and sloppy work - twice in a row!. I called them to replace my fountain pump in mid June and by the beginning of September, the fountain was barely working. After getting in touch with them, 2 guys and an adolescent came out and looked at it. They told me it was not connected properly and I told them they were the ones who installed it.
