Fast response time and an experienced staff.
It seems as though they have a great service line up. They advertised a multi-point equipment inspection for $100. Which, when your pool is green, you can verify whether equipment failure is the cause. Great idea. However, you have to leave your request on their automated voice system, and either they are understaffed, or they don’t care about your call, and don’t respond. If you own this business, it would be profitable to hire a pool tech, to do just that service, (inspections). Its a worthy cause.
Not sure why this company has any negative reviews. They caught an issue with another pool company’s work and we worked together to get it corrected. Now this company is also doing my pool cleanings
