Do not book this company. Will ask for money up front and won’t show up. When they finally did show up it was 1/4 what we asked for. They did A rushed poor job. Didn’t give us our money back. Very unprofessional. Lied said he was coming wouldn’t show up day after day. Multiple excuses, very frustrating. Do not use them!
BEWARE. Never showed, had to get ND Attorney General Consumer Protection Division involved to get our cash deposit back after 16 months of excuses then claims that a check was in the mail. Holds himself out as a professional but business and management skills are nonexistent. Refused to communicate via phone call, would only respond to text messages (even when he was still pretending he was going to show up for project). I reached out to Tanner at R & R Landscaping about having a few yards of gravel dropped off at a parking pad next to my garage to fill in holes & make it look good again. All I did was send him measurements & a picture of area that needs fixing. Very prompt service & it was a breeze working with him & his crew. They go above & beyond on their work. I thought I would get a pile of gravel & I had to level it & spread it myself but nope. They took care of me & my bad back & they are doing all the hard work for me. No questions ... read more
