I called R&R dental in two separate instances to discuss concerns about a dental infection and no one from R&R dental in SLO called me back either time. Another strange thing that happened was a full set of x-rays was taken and Dr. Martinez said everything "looks good" aside from the root canal I needed without doing a formal exam. I had a fun (somehow self inflicted) guitar to face incident mid concert yesterday and called my friends at R&R Dental this morning to address the chipped tooth I gave myself. They were able to get me in even though it was last minute on a busy day and the experience from start to finish getting my tooth fixed was refreshingly easy and impressive. Horrible office staff; exceedingly lazy. Bottom of the barrel customer service. Co-owner of firm, Robert Flores placates but is haughty. Several weeks ago, I scheduled a first-time appointment with Dr. Anthony Nguyen to get a crown fitting before the year end. The day before my appointment I get a call from the office staff saying they spent an hour on the phone but could not get in touch with my insurance provider, Delta Dental. Sonia, Dr. Nguyen and Mandy were all terrific today at my very first appointment at R&R Dental Care in SLO! I have very sensitive teeth and a horrifying dental past, so I am terrified to go to the dentist! However, I came away from my visit today with a smile on my face!!
