Horrible office staff; exceedingly lazy. Bottom of the barrel customer service. Co-owner of firm, Robert Flores placates but is haughty. Several weeks ago, I scheduled a first-time appointment with Dr. Anthony Nguyen to get a crown fitting before the year end. The day before my appointment I get a call from the office staff saying they spent an hour on the phone but could not get in touch with my insurance provider, Delta Dental.
