I bought a car from John in January of this year, and with in 3 weeks the car just stopped working . I reached out and spoke with Nicki who had us wait 2 weeks for an appointment and then just to let the car sit there for 3 weeks and not even look at it …when I call she confirmed that they are knowingly selling cars that haven’t been looked at by asking me why I wouldn’t get the car checked out by a mechanic before buying it —- terrible customer service and a broken car that was broke when I bought it save your money and go ... read more
I worked with Kris very helpful but honestly I don’t recommend this car lot at all
Do not buy from here they are frauds and scammers the state of Michigan SOS just finished their investigation and will be charging them criminal and I’ll be suing civil they forged my title faked a contract that I never signed then stole my vehicle. Thank you for the state of Michigan help either I’ll get $$$ or I’ll be getting my truck back and $$ for damages I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO A BLIND DOG
