This is the lowest possible review I could give and I didn't even rent from them (thank God). Looked at the place, felt like the projects and the building smelled like cat pee. They asked for documents, it took them 4 or 5 days to read them then when they got back to me it's as if they couldn't read because I had to clarify things that were clearly on the documents. By far the worst company ever. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I always paid my rent on time for the 3 years I lived at Tall Oaks in Rumford RI and it did me no good. Whenever there was an issue in the apartment. I would call multiple times and almost never get a call back and even when I did the maintenance guy Paul would tell me he would be over the next day and he would never show up. Not professional. They did not maintain my apartment. Bad experience with them,
I moved into RP’s New Bedford Ma property last August. In March I received permission from Sue at RP Properties to adopt an emotional support animal. On June 25 I received a notice that my lease isn’t getting renewed. I need to vacate by July 31. My apartment is impeccable and looks like a page from a magazine. Nobody in the office answers the phone or calls you back after many messages. The property manager has told me that the woman Wendy behind me is the biggest pain and not to give her his number.
