My furnace died unexpectedly, and Mike came out the same day to take a look (a Friday), and we had a new furnace installed that following Monday. I had mentioned in passing I was planning to apply for the rebate from Nipsco, and they even mailed me all the completed forms! From first contact to after they were done, everything was beyond my highest expectations. I will be enthusiastically recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC services!

The heat wave killed my AC this summer. Called a handful of places to get a quote fearing it would be an expensive fix. It was 95 outside and almost 85 in my house. Brian came out from R&P within 2 hours. He fixed the issue and charged a fair price. I was happy with the work and cost overall, it was a quick process. Brian is the man!!
