Dr. Newman has been my eye doctor for the last 8 years. He is one of the best and smartest doctors I have. He is very personable, thorough with his examinations, and cares about his patients. I know he is booked, but if you can get in with him by all means go see Dr. Newman.
I was referred to Dr. Newman by my neurologist to get his input on my ongoing issues with double vision. Dr. Newman asked me why I had I left my previous ophthalmologist, assuming I was unhappy with them. I was not. Needed to see neuro op asap before neuro surgeon for shunt placement. I have no clue how MD is. But the front office staff is horrible. One lady was so nasty to me i ended up telling her to take me off waiting list. She literally kept telling me that i was asking her question that she didn't know the answer to- my question was did she know when the MD would return as she had told me he was out.
